On GMVonline.com you can complete your purchase either as a GUEST or a REGISTERED customer.
Registering is very easy. We will only ask you for the information we need to speed up the purchase process.
You will find format examples in the registration form to help you when you enter details such as your telephone number.
Your order information will always be available to you through the link your account if you are a registered client or through the link we send you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details.
Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation.
SHOPPING BASKET
You can view the contents of your purchase in your basket and change or delete the number of items in your order.
Please remember that GMVonline.com
does not guarantee that items you save in your basket will remain in stock. Therefore, if one of them sells out, you will be able to see that information in that section.
PRICE CHANGES
All our items are priced the same online and in store.
If there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and those marked on the label on the clothes, the correct price will be the one shown when you purchase it.
Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
On GMVonline.com you can find new products every week, just like in our stores.
If the item you want has sold out, you can register your email address and we will let you know as soon as it becomes available. This process does not reserve the item.
You may also view the stock on our website, most available items are in stock or re-stocking for the time being.
PRODUCT SIZES
To help you find your size, you can always consult our size guide for measurements.
We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported sizing information and dimensions for our products in our size guides.
Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time to time product sizing may vary slightly.
The sizing information is provided as a guideline for sizing purposes. Variations anywhere from 0.5 to 2 inches on the dimensions listed are acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.
GMVonline.com is not responsible for sizing variations in the manufacturing process.
WITHDRAWN ITEMS
At GMVonline.com we aim to guarantee maximum quality in our products, and we are committed to being transparent about any items that might have had to be withdrawn from sale for any reason.
There are currently no items being withdrawn. For further information about previous withdrawals, please contact our Customer Service Department.

TIME OF PAYMENT
Your purchase will be charged when your order is placed.
Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.

To make the purchase as a company, simply click on the option "business" in personal details and fill in the tax information we request.
Shipping Policy
The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
Delivery options:
Collection at showroom - FREE
In the showroom in 15+ working days. You will receive an e-mail notification once the entire order is ready for pick-up.
Remember that the person who comes to collect the order needs only show the e-receipt with the order number, as long as they are the buyer. If someone else comes in your place, they must also show the e-receipt with the order number.
Door to door delivery - HKD 30.00+ (Calculated by weight)
We aim for next day delivery on all orders placed between Monday and Friday, if all items in the order are available in stock. If this is not possible, we will arrange delivery once everything is ready to ship. Usually this will take 15+ working days.
SF express service point - HKD 25.00+ (Calculated by weight)
At the SF express service point of your choice within 1-2 working days, if all items in the order are available in stock. If this is not possible, we will arrange delivery once everything is ready to ship. Usually this will take 15+ working days.
Please fill in the code of the SF express service point as your delivery address at the time of purchase.
Bear in mind that deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (working days only for commercial address).
ORDER STATUS
You will receive email updates on the status of your order.
You can also access this information in the section "My Account". If you are not registered, click on the “Order information” link in the confirmation email to track your order.
RESTRICTIONS
We try to reach all corners of the earth from GMVonline.com. If there are any delivery restrictions on your address, you will see them at the time of purchase.
SPLIT ORDERS
It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
HOW TO EXCHANGE
You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from GMVonline.com FREE OF CHARGE.
The request itself is free of charge, but bear in mind all cost derives from the exchange process is to be borne by the customer.
Requesting an exchange on GMVonline.com is very simple. You simply need to get in touch with us through e-mail or messaging. Please remember that the original items should be returned within 7 days of the request for an exchange. If the deadline has passed and we have not received the original items, the exchange request would be regarded as forfeited. No further arrangements can be made after the said deadline timeframe.

Only one exchange request can be done at a time for the same order.
The option to exchange does not appear if the item purchased is no longer available.
Exchange will not be available for purchases of sale and discounted items.
Exchange requests will be carefully processed by our customer service executives, and we will decide if the exchange is legit, and what we can do to cater for customers' needs case by case.
Please note not all exchange requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled.
All factors are considered during the requests, including but not limited to factors such as product availability, accuracy of our product description, and any other factors that relates to the requests.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:
Swimwear: swimwear items may not be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
REFUND
The refund will be charged with 1.5% system handling fee while FPS and bank transfer with extra $5 handling fee which charged by bank.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

If the item you are looking for is not available either in store or on the website, please contact us and we will help you try to find it. It will be easier to search if you have the SKU number of the product.
Please remember that, assuming the item is available on the website, you will be able to find it in the showroom. Please bear in mind that stock figures are always for guidance. This information is not available during sales.
