齋雞粒是一種香港特色零食，主要原料是炸脆的麵筋，呈不規則粒狀，大小約如一指，口感硬脆。

雖然名為“雞粒”，但完全沒有雞肉成分，名稱源於它的顏色酷似燒雞而得名。製作過程包括將高筋麵粉加水製成麵筋，炸至酥脆，再拌以五香粉、咖喱粉、辣椒粉、鹽、醬油和麥芽糖調成的醬汁。

齋雞粒是在香港懷舊零食中具有代表性的產品。

口感既鬆脆又帶煙韌，甜中帶些微辛辣。手工製作的齋雞粒新鮮且無油溢味。
